At Freeborn 1776, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be returned with its original packaging when possible.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, color preference, fit preference, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Freeborn 1776 is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued according to this policy.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
The item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
